At Tabl. Homewares we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love everything you receive. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
As an Australian consumer you are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if a product has a major failure, is significantly different from its description, or fails to do what it is supposed to do. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully before completing your order. If you are unsure about a product we are always happy to help before you buy. Please contact us at hello@tablhomewares.com.au
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@tablhomewares.com.au with the following:
Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or fault.
Once we assess your claim we will offer a replacement, store credit or full refund depending on the nature of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return where applicable, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale customers, return and refund terms are outlined in your wholesale agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
